David Kearns, lead singer and guitarist of Brummie band ‘The Father Teds’, has been sprinkling musical magic by teaching cancer patients on the hospital’s Young Persons Unit (YPU) how to play guitar, whilst UHB Charity-funded teaching offered support and advice to cancer patient Anie Hu, which led to her acceptance at York University.
