Fundraising (Click here to expand)

In order to book your place on the trek, we ask you to pay a registration fee of £350.

There are two ways you can take part in the trek - either by raising a minimum amount of sponsorship, or by covering the costs of the event yourself with no minimum amount of sponsorship needed.

We are here to help you with fundraising ideas and help every step of the way.

SPONSORSHIP

If you can raise a minimum of £3,600 in sponsorship this will cover both the costs of the trip (flights, accommodation, food, guides etc.) and a donation to University Hospitals Birmingham Charity.

80% (£2,880) of the sponsorship must be paid to University Hospitals Birmingham Charity by 2nd September 2024.

The remaining balance of £720 must be paid to University Hospitals Birmingham Charity by the departure date.

SELF-FUNDED

You can pay the costs of the trip (flights, accommodation, food, guides etc.) yourself at a cost of £1,800 and then there will be no minimum sponsorship level required to join the trek, although we would expect you to try and raise as much sponsorship as possible.
