Join us for our popular Sunrise Snowdon Challenge in 2023!

Take on Mount Snowdon, overnight, and raise money for a ward or department of your choice at your local hospital.

Tickets for this event cost £50 and there is a minimum sponsorship requirement of £200.

Take on one of the UK’s most popular three-peaks routes in a safe, supportive, and feel-good way. You’ll walk with a group of friendly fellow challengers and first-aid certified mountain leaders who’ll do all the navigation, leaving you free to immerse yourself in this incredible experience.

Over the course of the walk, you’ll tackle three fantastic peaks: Pen-y-Ghent (2,277ft/694m), Ingleborough (2,372ft/723m), Whernside (2415ft/736m).

This is a fantastic and tough 12-hour walk that’s perfectly achievable for walkers with a reasonable level of fitness and some determination.

Join the hospital charity by taking on the Solihull 10k or Half Marathon this year!

This year they even have a kids race, making this a fun day out for the entire family.

If you’re up for a challenge then walking to the top of Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, is a pretty good one to undertake.

Standing at a lofty 1,345m (4,413ft), and with approximately 11 miles (17.7 km) of ground to cover to get to the summit and back, summiting Ben Nevis is an incredibly rewarding challenge.

With a qualified Mountain Leader and a morale-boosting small group of fellow challengers, you’ll make a safe, comfortable, and fun ascent.

Take on the challenge of Scafell Pike for a ward or department of your choice! Scafell Pike, rises to 978m (3,209 ft) in a great sweeping mass in the South West of the Lake District.

With a qualified Mountain Leader and a morale-boosting small group of fellow challengers, you’ll make a safe, comfortable, and fun ascent.

Join the hospital charity on the ultimate  5km and  10km course over obstacles, water and of course MUD!
