Birmingham Adult Transplant Sports Team hit gold at World Transplant Games!

 

The World Transplant Games recently took place in Newcastle, with competitors coming from all over the world to take part in the games.

The Birmingham Adult Transplant Sports Team had many representatives at the Games, with the team taking home an incredible 50 medals from the Games!

Martin Searle, Team Manager, said: “It was brilliant to have so many Birmingham representatives at the World Transplant Games. They are all an inspiration and we were all so delighted to see them win so many medals!

“All of the competitors are a shining example of what it is possible to achieve after receiving the gift of a transplant.”
