Special Easter deliveries were made across the elderly care wards at QEHB this week, with hot cross buns and goodie bags for patients and staff being handed out thanks to Sunrise Senior Living.

The team from Sunrise, providers of residential care and assisted living, came to the hospital to deliver the Easter goodies to elderly patients and were helped out by the Charity team and activities coordinator Jo Bubb. The delicious hot cross buns went down well with patients and staff alike, and the special goodie bags full of helpful items for patients and staff were well-received.

Jo Bubb, activities coordinator at QEHB said: "Huge thanks go to the team from Sunrise Senior Living for their kind donations to patients and staff across the elderly care wards this Easter. It is so nice to be able to offer our patients a gift, and it was lovely to see the smiles that they generated."
