Fundraising Friday- Velo special!
For this week’s Velo Special edition of Fundraising Friday QEHB Charity the spotlight is on Professor Keith and Sham Porter who are taking on the 100-mile sportive to raise funds for citizenAID.
citizenAID is an app and pocket guide which aims to inform and empower the general public with the knowledge and skills to act effectively in the aftermath of a terrorist attack. The app and pocket guide detail what to do following a bomb blast, gunshot and stabbing. The initiative was founded by Keith Porter, Professor of Traumatology along with other highly skilled medical professionals from military and paramedic sectors.
