If you would like to show your support and raise money for your local hospital, why not get involved with our NHS 75 celebrations?
You could:
• Host a bake sale at work
• Hold a coffee morning or tea party for friends and family
• Hold a tea party or cake stall during your school break time
• Take 5, donate £5, and nominate 5 people to take a break too

You’ll walk with a group of friendly fellow challengers and first-aid certified mountain leaders who’ll do all the navigation, leaving you free to immerse yourself in this incredible experience.
Over the course of the walk, you’ll tackle three fantastic peaks: Pen-y-Ghent (2,277ft/694m), Ingleborough (2,372ft/723m), Whernside (2415ft/736m).
This is a fantastic and tough 12-hour walk that’s perfectly achievable for walkers with a reasonable level of fitness and some determination.
